Bio

Hi! My name is Kaitlyn.

I am a trauma-informed and EMDR-trained therapist dedicated to helping folks reclaim their sense of self. I do so by creating a safe space for growth, healing, and reflection. My work centers around supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, as well as survivors of sexual trauma; mental, physical, and sexual abuse; and narcissistic relationships.

If you’re reading this, that means you’re ready for a real change. I am excited to work alongside you as you hone your resilience and achieve your goals

My approach is honest, down-to-earth, and focused on helping you get unstuck. You can expect sessions that are supportive, safe, and sometimes even sprinkled with humor, because healing doesn’t have to be heavy all the time.

If you’re ready for a therapist who will challenge you, cheer you on, and hold space for every messy, human part of your story — I’m here for it.

I have worked with individuals with clients that are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, disabilities, and post-traumatic stress disorder, among other diagnoses. I aim to support clients in embracing aspects of who they are as they develop coping skills to more effectively navigate their everyday lives.
